- Introduction Welcome to Empowering Bloom Club. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”).
- Empowering Bloom Club provides subscribers with regular deliveries of flowers according to the chosen subscription plan. Our service includes floral selection, arrangement, and direct delivery to the address specified by the subscriber.
- Users must register for an account to place orders and manage subscriptions. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. b. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account details and for the activities occurring under their account.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable. Details of billing cycles and payment methods are stipulated on our website. b. A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required for paying subscriptions. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Empowering Bloom Club to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account.
- Changes to or cancellations of orders must be made within the specified timeframe before the scheduled delivery day. b. Changes and cancellations are accepted prior to the delivery date. Once the product has been delivered, you have 24 hours after receiving the delivery to seek a replacement if it is wilted or damaged. However, a picture must accompany any replacement request.
- Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of the order. You must ensure that the delivery details are correct and that someone is available to receive the flowers. b. Customers will be notified via text/email of the expected delivery date/time window.
- Refund and Return Policy We take pride in the quality of our floral products. If you are not satisfied with the delivered flowers, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. a. Refunds or replacements may be offered depending on the situation and at the discretion of Southside Blooms.
- All content included in our service, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, as well as the compilation thereof, is the property of Empowering Bloom Club and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Southside Blooms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages in connection with the use of the service.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
